Аннотация:

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of poetic translation, fundamental approaches to the process of poetic translation, methods and problems of translating poetic texts into English, Russian and Kazakh.Translation of literary works is probably always more difficult than translation of other types of texts, because literary works have special values called aesthetic and expressive values.The main purpose of the work is to show the peculiarities of translation, taking into account the meaning, context, author’s style, the features of the written poems due to the cultural and personal origin, the poet’s worldview. The topic of the work is relevant, since there is currently a great demand for highly qualified translation works that are not distorted by the so-called translator. The reader needs an accurate and adequate translation.
